Product Description
The main function of the intake valve is to open and close at specific times during the engine's four-stroke cycle to allow fresh air or air-fuel mixture to enter the combustion chamber. During the intake stroke, the intake valve opens, allowing the piston to create a vacuum that draws in the air or air-fuel mixture from the intake manifold. The intake valve then closes before the compression stroke begins.
